Why, Hello There,
As I said on class
the first day, I really enjoy sports marketing. Even though I lean more
towards action sports, I am a huge golf fan. (Played in High school) Today it
was announced that Rory McIlroy signed a long-term endorsement
deal with Nike's golf division. The contract is said to pay
McIlroy $20 million annually, which makes him one of the sports highest payed Athletes.
Ill stop talking and get to the point, as part of the
press conference Nike released a commercial with both Tiger Woods and
Rory McIlroy. This commercial brings together
one of golf's greatest players (Woods) with one of Golfs brightest new players
(McIlroy). Nike, in my opinion does and amazing using its athletes for marking, and with the addition of McIlroy to Nikes already stacked roster it shouldn't change any time soon. I left a link to an Article as well as posted the commercial. Enjoy!

I was trying to think of a witty Tiger Woods joke, and realized they are all pretty inappropriate. Lucky you.
